Jeff Webber, Board Member

Jeff Webber is Managing Director of The Entrepreneurs' Fund III. The Funds' entrepreneur-centric model is an extension of the philosophy that Mr. Webber employed from 1990-2003 as the founding partner of R .B. Webber & Company, Inc., which provided strategic planning consulting services to high technology companies. Prior to R. B. Webber, Mr. Webber founded New Venture Consultants, Inc., a firm specializing in advisory services to start up ventures, and served as its president from 1980 to 1987. Mr. Webber began his professional career in 1977 as a member of the strategic planning team at McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Webber's extensive knowledge and experience makes him a valuable addition to early-stage enterprises. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors at Accept Software, Inc., BorderWare Technologies, Inc., Enquisite Software, Inc., LignUp Corporation, PTRx, Inc., Renaissance 2.0, SOASTA and Vizible Corporation. Before that, he served on six public company boards' Aurum Software, Inc., AvantGo, Inc., Commerce One Inc., Persistence Software Inc., Sagent Technology and Sybase Inc.—as well as numerous private company boards. Mr. Webber holds a BA from Yale University. When he is not engaging with start up ventures, Mr. Webber enjoys skiing and fly-fishing.

Greg Titus, Board Member

Greg is the chairman of CourseAdvisor which he co- founded in December 2004 and its acquisition by Washington Post in 2007. Greg was formerly President/CEO of Acadient, a leading developer of online education and the parent company of The Boston Institute of Finance, The Willet Institute and Boston Test Prep. Prior to founding Acadient, Greg was Senior Vice President of e-Commerce at Scudder Kemper Investments, and co-Founder/Vice President-Director of Arnold Interactive, the interactive media division of Arnold Communications. In addition to Arnold, Greg's agency background includes stints at Young & Rubicam/New York, Saatchi and Saatchi/DFS, and RSC/Boston. Greg is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (www.mitx.org). He holds degrees in Marketing and Art from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and attended the Graduate School of Business at Bentley College. When not starting companies, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and coaching and playing ice hockey. He recently fulfilled a childhood dream playing for the Boston Bruins Alumni Team in a game for charity.

Carlos Cashman, Board Member

Carlos is founder and CEO of ConstellationCK,a startup which provides alternative revenue engines for leading web sites across the Internet. Carlos has worked with numerous successful start-ups as an executive, founder, investor, and advisor in the US and abroad for the last 16 years. He is currently an active angel investor and involved with several charities related to promotion of global peace and education. Carlos serves on the Board of Directors of Asset Performance Technologies, an advanced data and analytics provider for heavy industrial equipment he co-founded in 2003. In 2005 he co-founded CourseAdvisor, a leading Search Engine Marketing firm in the post-secondary education industry which was sold two years later to the Washington Post. CourseAdvisor was designated one of the fastest growing companies in New England and voted one of Boston's Best Places to Work in 2007. The first company Carlos founded, Opus360, went public on the NASDAQ in 2000 and was sold in 2001 to Artemis International. Carlos attended MIT on full scholarship.

Umair Khan, Chairman and CEO

Umair is Founder and Chairman of SecretBuilders.com. Umair Khan is also Venture Partner with The Entrepreneurs' Fund, an early stage silicon valley based venture fund. Previously, Umair co-founded Clickmarks Inc., a mobile software company with investors such as Vodafone, DFJ, and Mitsubishi that was acquired by Semotus Inc. in 2005. Umair also founded Verisium, a software testing tools company and Folio3, a services company that focuses on providing offshore operations incubation to small companies. He is also co-founder of Chowk, a social community focused on South Asia. Umair was part of the Itanium microprocessor group at Intel Corporation. Umair started his career as a high school teacher, teaching math and advanced math to 10th and 11th graders. Umair received a BS in Mathematics (1992) and an MS in Computer Engineering (1995), both from MIT.
